6/10: Lake Perris offered a fair bass bite this week, but patience was key. Drop shots and Texas rigs proved reliable, with crankbaits pulling in a few strikes near rocky points. The bite was slow at times, but persistence paid off with some solid catches.
The weather was mild and sunny, making it a nice day to focus on technique. While not the easiest outing, the challenge added to the satisfaction of landing each fish.
