7/10: The South Delta offered decent action this week. Striped bass were biting on cut baits and trolling yozuris with a chartreuse stripe. Sturgeon were also in play, with eel and ghost shrimp being the top choices.
The weather was mild with a slight breeze, making for comfortable conditions on the water. The mix of striper and sturgeon opportunities kept things interesting and made for a satisfying day.
